Physiotherapy and Tai Chi: the refined approach

Refined Moves combines the best of two worlds in the hope of making your world better. I provide physiotherapy services as well as Tai Chi classes in the Bowral, Moss Vale, Mittagong region to help you achieve your health and well-being goals.

Physiotherapy is a modern western, scientific and evidence-based healing art. It has become established as the ‘gold standard’ for treating and managing all manner of physical impairments of the human body over the last 100 years. Physiotherapy techniques are predominantly exercise and manual therapy based (hands on).

Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient Chinese low-impact exercise systems for well-being. They incorporate mindfulness, breathing techniques, and gentle movements and stretches. They help to improve balance and flexibility (physically, mentally and emotionally), bone density, strength, posture, immunity, mental clarity, focus and relaxation.
